Pastor's 1st Year Sunday Letters
Pastor Wilson takes great care to compose a letter each Sunday for our members and visitors. We think that they will provide insight into his heart and Vision for Kingdom of Life. We have posted them here for your information. THIS PAGE IS BEING UPDATED.

Welcome Beloved of God!
Thank you for joining us, as we pay homage to the Lord Jesus in our first worship service. God is doing and is about to do exciting, new things in His kingdom; and we are privileged to be a part of it.
The members of the Kingdom of Life have a mandate from the most High God to possess the atmospheric region for the Lord Jesus! There's plenty of work ahead of us.
We believe the Lord is coming back soon; and we're preparing His people for that great day! This apostolic, nine-fold ministry is not church as usual. There are opportunities for prophets, pastors, evangelists, teachers and apostles within the mnistry.
We've included deacons, ushers and ministers of helps in our chains of command, returning to the church structure that God intended from the beginning. Please, pray for His guidance in making Kingdom of Life your spiritual headquarters, as we win the lost, in Jesus name!

Dear Membership Candidate,
We are diligently developing our service, fellowship and benevolence schedules. This includes composition of Kingdom of Life curriculum, information pamphlets and the strategic outlay of our men's, youth and women's ministries and our school of prophets.
The framework is set and requires that all financing and planning of services and events go through the ministry structure that we have in place. Planning must be far enough in advance so that our evangelism, community service and administrative ministries have adequate time to promote events to the public. In order to accomplish all of this, those who would like to join the Kingdom of Life congregation must complete a membership form; affirm our statement of faith; make a public declaration of membership before the church; attend an orientation session with me; and be placed in appropriate ministires. Please, do this today; and be sure to familiary yourself with our policy on prayer.
If you missed Word Fellowship, you missed a bountiful teaching on why we read, teach, believe and live the Bible. This is part of our Apostolic Doctrine; and anyone desireing to work in this ministry should be present to hear and ask questions. Church membership is your declaration of our working relationship. Let's do the will of God, until the Lord calls us home.

Dear People of the Almighty God,
I am overjoyed that the call of God on your life continues to stir you regarding this ministry! We are committed to Bible living by His grace.
This is Communion Sunday - the day that we memorialize the brokenness that our Savior endured for us. Your God and my God robed Himself in flesh and became the sinless Lamb of God. He was not only victorious over sin but also gave us the victory! He took captivity captive and gave gifts to men . . . and our gifts are immeasurable in the power of the Holy Ghost!
Turn with me to Luke 22:14-20 and I Corinthians 11:23-32, as we read and understand the great lessons taught during the Lord’s last supper. We are not sorrowful but humbly grateful because His blood reconciles us to holiness. We rejoice because of His resurrection, His ascension to glory and His soon return.
Hasn’t God been faithful? What an honor to spend the rest of our days reflecting His faithfulness. I admonish you to remain steadfast and unwavering. Pray for this church body and be encouraged by our growth and obedience to God. When the Lord moves on your heart to do a greater work in the church, I welcome you to come speak with me. I want to prayerfully consider your desire to obey God and position you to be an increasing strength to your family, while you win souls to the Lord.
Today, we are of one mind, on one accord, advancing His will!

Dear Saints,
Did you know that ministries from around the world are requesting fellowship and teaching from Kingdom of Life?
On this Communion Sunday, I want you to keep in mind that the Body of Christ is a global family. Unity, financial stewardship, obedience in service to others and our spiritual growth make Kingdom of Life ready and able to minister to our brothers and sisters in every nation.
Today, as we build an altar of remembrance in our hearts to our crucified Lord, know that He died for all. Luke 22:14-20 and I Corinthians 11:23-32 are our foundational scriptures for this sacrament. This was the Lord’s last supper before the death penalty was executed against Him. What do we owe for such a sacrifice?
As we begin to minister to churches in other countries, I call on you to pray and to know that your financial offerings extend your own personal desire to be a blessing. I want you to understand that the eternal blood and water of communion is for the very souls you’ve prayed to impact. Are you doing all that you can do to lengthen and strengthen our collective hand as Kingdom of Life Church?
Many need and are calling upon this apostolic voice in the Earth. Don’t allow communion to be in vain, today. Consider your level of service and financial faithfulness! In the upcoming year, we will have even greater responsibilities, so there’s room for all of us to do more in the Body of Christ, as we live out the Lord’s communion.

Dear Saints,
Kingdom of Life is in a season of prayer! Yes, men should always pray and not faint. It’s a continual lifestyle; but this is an exciting time for two reasons. First, it’s exciting simply because the Lord has commanded our obedience in this area. Kingdom of Life we must pray!
Secondly, God commands prayer because He intends to respond to our prayer! We can expect Him to reveal His mind at anytime!
What will He perform when He manifests Himself in response to prayer? The Lord will cause His vision for every member of this church to unfold before our eyes. In other words, there’ll be no doubt in our minds about our calling and our assignment. We’ll know how we fit together, so that we can begin to move as one people!
Are you ready to move beyond your “regular” prayer life? I’ll soon be placing things on our corporate schedule that will pull us into this realm of God’s power, allowing us to boldly assert ourselves in the atmospheric region for Jesus Christ! Let’s prepare our minds for this dimension of spiritual maturity — PRAYER.
We have differing levels of experience in prayer but know that we are not moving forward without you. All that I receive from God concerning helping you grow stronger in the Lord will take into account the different levels of all our spiritual needs. Will you start by joining me in Sunday 8 AM prayer with all leaders and employees? We are well able to take the city!

Dear Saints of God,
I know that you were more than blessed by the demonstrated instruction in foot-washing that we received on the first Sunday of this month. Thanks to Bro. Michael for being a willing teacher and servant. Let that worshipping sacrament be a reminder to all of us that Kingdom of Life is determined to return to the Lord’s commands.
For the remainder of this year, I will take you through an eye-opening series of teachings on worship, from Genesis to Revelation. My goal is to enter the new year with a body of believers who are spiritually equipped to take on the challenges that this ministry will face in the name of the Lord.
I appreciate all of you who came out regularly for the series teaching on the Apostolic Doctrine. Today is the last day of those lessons; and the series will become a New Member’s class. As we concentrate on worship, remember that our first ministry obligation is prayer! That’s where my heart is; and that is the heart of God in pursuit of souls.
Familiarize yourself with all of the ministries here, so you’re able to help provide an orientation for visitors, as well as determine where you want to work. I want you to, also, take note of the international aspects of this ministry. The Lord is propelling us forward and everyone must be prepared to pray, teach Bible truths and execute deliverance for all who are looking to us. Kingdom of Life, we have work to do! Let’s take the region!

Dear People of God,
As we move rapidly toward the beginning of a new year, this is a critical time in the Spirit. We are approaching the new season with a series of teachings on worship. I’m emphasizing it and prayer. Prayer is the prelude to worship and directly tied to its power. This means that I expect, in conjunction with these teachings, an increase in attendance at Sunday’s 8 AM prayer service. We must embrace the discipline that prayer brings to our bodies and our minds.
Saints, we will start 2009 as the worshippers in Spirit and truth that God is seeking! We will not settle for less; and God will not accept less! Everyone who attends these teachings will grow spiritually. Those who miss the teachings will see the advancement. How and why? Worship contains at its center an “aging process,” maturity that opens your understanding to the things of God. You cannot help but change!
As we worship God and learn about worshipping Him, expect ancient wisdom from the Ancient of Days to be poured into your spiritual belly! Every believer who wants to move forward from years of stagnation should anticipate that God is going to launch them into His heart! As a matter of fact, we are going to go together, as a congregation, as a body of believers!
Worship is a prophetic subject; and I’m excited about bringing you into this realm of prophecy. We’ve had one dynamic lesson already; and we’ll see it impact our Sunday services. If you were absent, determine to attend the remaining sessions. From here to December 31st, we’re going to deliberately encounter a holy God! Will you go with us?
In His service,
Pastor Wilson

Dear Saints,
On my mind today, is the expansion of this work and ministry. We are in a position to provide instruction and the application of God’s power in ways not generally afforded to young ministries. Kingdom of Life is expanding before our eyes and there are plenty of opportunities for you to get involved. Particularly, if you are a writer or graphic designer, or if you bring some other printing, publishing, audio, video or internet related skill to the ministry, you can help us advance our current timeline to provide literature and broadcasts to the community.
This ministry will do more than preach to its members; and I pray that your expectation for your own personal service goes beyond what we can do in this location. I want to remind you that when you joined you were automatically enrolled in the School of Ministers (and in Commissioned). If you believe God has called you to teach His word on a small or large scale, we are available to train you through the School of Ministers of Helps.
I don’t want you to delay your obedience to God because of fear or because you may feel you don’t know enough. The Lord qualifies every one of us to carry this Gospel. What is the intent of your heart? I hear the cries of a dying world, desperate to see the Sons of God raised for deliverance! Join the work while we have time!
In His service,
Pastor Wilson

Dear Saints,
As you know today is the important memorial of Communion. We remain mindful of the gravity of the Lord’s sacrifice for our salvation. I want to highlight again the teaching service we had for adding the humility of footwashing to our Communion services, as commanded by the Lord Jesus.
Next year we will be implementing footwashing as a continual part of our Communion Sundays. I want you to know that this service is optional. You may choose only to participate in corporate worship at that time; but I remind you that this is a commemoration required by Christ Jesus.
Worship is a weighty part of this service; and I am now offering penetrating instruction in the form of a worship series for the remainder of the year. I’m praying that you will join these studies. The collective body will move on in maturity because of these lessons; and no one should be left behind!
If you don’t know my heart by now, it is for prayer and evangelism. These things are not powerfully engaged by people who have not been properly discipled in how to utilize the Word of God, particularly in evangelism. The worship series is designed to make you a worshipper, affecting your entire walk with God. If you share my heart for your growth, then join me for Tuesday’s Bible studies!

Dear Saints,
If you have not visited our website lately, please do that. You will find much information about our growth and about our ministry schools in particular. These will be helpful to everyone who wants ministry training and accountability, as we go into the next year.
I want all of you to maintain prayer, also, as a focus for the 2009 vision. Kingdom of Life is embracing the call by many to train them in the original tenets and Godly precepts of the first church. We cannot be scattered in our delivery. Tuesday night Bible studies are for the purpose of putting us on one accord. The Bible is our operations manual. We must make it a priority to study it together.
If you are participating in the ministry’s fullness, then our advancements and maneuvers will not be strange to you. But if you are not participating, you will question every step we take. Sunday attendance alone cannot align you with the will of God for this local, corporate body. With that in mind, my prayer to God is this — that you will take another comprehensive look at all of our literature, including our internet presence, and measure the Kingdom of Life with your priorities and your desire to obey God. You have placed your membership here, and while you may be accustomed to traditional church functions, I do not intend for you to stagnate spiritually. Let’s take another look. Let’s resolve to mature!

Pastor Wilson

Dear Saints,
I’m aware of economic anxieties going forth during this holiday season. I am reminded that when Joseph and Mary, pregnant with Jesus, traveled to Bethlehem there was no room for them in the inn. Let’s make sure that we have room for the Lord in our hearts with the true expectation of receiving Him - the gift - God’s Comforter.
Let’s also shift our perspectives with the spiritual and political shifts that are taking place. We want to shift from the mundane to stability that rests in an invisible God. Let’s continue to seek His mind so that our worship becomes authentic.
Next year, we will pray more, fast more and evangelize more. We must! There are so many already established spiritual demands that don’t allow us to operate anymore like a new ministry. Personally and as your pastor, I have no plans to hinder the momentum with which God is guiding this work.
He requires more. We give more. There is no alternative. I am praying that all of us will develop the gravely, serious mindset that is needed to provide the inroads of eternal life to sinners and to saints, who have a right to ongoing fellowship with the Holy Spirit. So pray with me concerning this. The Lord is calling us.
In His service,
Pastor Wilson

Dear Saints,
What an eye-opening time we are having, hearing the mind of God during our Tuesday Bible studies. The worship series is penetrating, bringing us to confront our true motives in God’s presence. Those of you who haven’t been able to come out should hear the testimony of someone who has. Our members are experiencing the equipment God gives to live lives of integrity.
The strength He is imparting to this body of believers is a miraculous visitation that is not seen in many places proclaiming the name of Christ. The water is stirring; and my heart’s desire is that you would not miss the feast that is diligently prepared for your soul each week.
I am instructed to lead us into the unified grace of Christ Jesus, where we are reconciled to our original purpose. As I pray, plan and provide teaching inspired by the Holy Spirit, I am directing our studies toward a new dimension. Each of us will literally study the Word of God and research meanings and intents using Greek and Hebrew concordances and other tools, during our Bible Study service. We will then present, before the people, what God reveals to us individually.
I believe that during this Spirit-led advancement, you will learn, grow and become bold in the word of God! Be here! Let nothing keep you away, as the Spirit births us into His sure will.
In His service,
Pastor Wilson

Dear Saints,
My spirit is in constant prayer for all of you; and my focus is on worship and drawing nearer to God. I want you to be aligned with this. The Lord is calling, in order to bring us into a realm of power that we have not known before now. This power is necessary for this season in the Spirit of God.
Our mandate is a heavy one and grows all the more important with each passing day, as people grasp for sound teaching, millions die lost and eternity draws closer. Are you staying ready to meet the Lord by participating with us?
Kingdom of Life has an atmosphere of worship, is making spiritually mature teaching available and answering your specific questions. All of these are initial stages of the Vision God has given me; but I want you to exhaust all of the tools we are making available to you, so that moving to the next level makes sense and is in order for your family’s life.
We are distinguished as an unduplicated ministry. We have not taken the format for this ministry from any other source other than the Lord, our Father. That should encourage you to be a vibrant, living member of this body. Stagnant limbs that are attached to lively limbs will either live or spread their stagnation. There’s no reason, at Kingdom of Life, for any of us to be stagnant or exist beneath our spiritual privilege.
I admonish you to inherit the Kingdom of God right now, while He has given you life. Feast in His presence today, while we are all here on the Earth, forming a fortified network so that your strength doesn’t fail you. There’s new life for you, in Christ Jesus! Partake.
In His service,
Pastor Wilson

Dear Saints of God,
We are in the center of God’s living will! What a blessing! He is moving upon His people to completely reconcile us to the authentic emulation of who He is - the unity of God and souls.
This ministry has prepared and is preparing you for this revival. The Lord will pour out a spiritual bounty. He will reveal genuine power, through the manifestation of repentance, truth and holiness among His people; and He will use the willing vessels of Kingdom of Life.
We have an exceptional anointing here and highly mature Bible teaching because of the Lord’s grace. I am asking the Savior to add to this absolute teaching an exponential increase in His tangible, transforming, miracle power!
Those who are on one accord in this ministry are motivated beyond our spiritual gifts, devoted, loyal and committed to the Lord our God. Let’s get equipped to serve more, by taking advantage of Bible training. Our focus now is evangelism, bringing souls back to God. Great things will be accomplished through us by His mighty hand. I believe it; and we’re ready!
In His commission,
Pastor Derrick L. Wilson, Sr.

Dear Saints,
Do you know what tomorrow holds? Can you bring yesterday into today? Before you were born, did you plan your life? After you’re gone, will you have the ability to correct your errors? The Bible says that today is the day of salvation and choose this day whom you will serve. Don’t let an unrepentant heart keep you from being saved. Don’t go another moment without serving God with all of your might. Christ is worth it all! We must show His eternal value to our children and the world.
There is nothing we can hope to gain in the next moment of time without having wholeheartedly chosen to be endowed with the Holy Spirit of God. You cannot serve Him in the past because yesterday is gone. You cannot serve Him tomorrow . . . not only is tomorrow not here, but it may never come. The time to honor Him is now!
I see great things happening at Kingdom of Life - the transformation of hearts and minds through prayer, worship and intense study of God’s Word. Let us continue in our choice, in faith and in the apostle’s doctrine! The Lord will soon return.
In His service,
Pastor Derrick L. Wilson, Sr.

Dear Saints,
I am looking toward our future, as an ordained body of believers sent to present our Creator as He is. This praying ministry is rapidly moving forward, especially with the strategic teaching on spiritual warfare that goes forth each week. The Lord is compelling our members to understand, discern and be without excuse. The Word of God is revealing how to specifically confront the enemy; and the only to consequence of that is victory!
Everything in the Kingdom of God is spread before us as a resource for executing the mind of God and fulfilling our obedience. What will we do with it? We no longer have to live out mediocre Christian lives. Christ Jesus, the Lord, has given us access to the excellence in His Spirit; and the Bible is manifest among us!
Destiny comes to my mind, as I write to you. Be encouraged in the Holy Ghost to seize our Great Profession. Everyone seeks their purpose; but we have reached the point of our destinies. God has called us to reconcile sinners to His holiness. Let’s move! That’s why we’re here!
In His service,
Pastor Derrick L. Wilson, Sr.

February 22, 2009
Dear Saints,
Be edified by the Word of God unto leadership. That is my prayer and exhortation for you today. When we embrace our Lord’s teaching, we are taken from the average into the supernatural. Average people do not lead; but, in the kingdom of God, a leader is and must be above average - even supernatural.
A qualified leader, spiritual or otherwise, does not control. Instead, he directs, leaving it up to you to follow. This ministry is providing every avenue for your increase in the area of leadership. I will be organizing a Saturday leadership class to teach the principles of leadership to all of you who feel the pull of a higher calling on your life.
You will be equipped to operate with an understanding in directing others in God’s ministry. There will be no need for feelings of inadequacy, no lack of knowledge and every reason to begin to work diligently among the saints of God.
Let us walk in the light that we may face our fears, recognize our errors and chose to abandon them by following God.
In His service,
Pastor Derrick L. Wilson, Sr.
