Ministerial Alliance
An in-house training and ministry support alliance for Kingdom of Life ministers.
Our ministerial alliance is led by our Senior Pastor and is a regular collaboration between the ministers at Kingdom of Life to assure that the service of our ministers continues on one accord, according to the Scriptures! Our goal is to be faithful steward of the souls entrusted to us and empower the personal ministries of God's people without abuse.
Kingdom of Life’s ministerial alliance is a mentoring fellowship designed to provide iron that sharpens iron. The alliance ensures our ministers are
- Accountable (our gifts submitted to each other)
- Teachable (willing to first hear and learn)
- On one accord (understanding ministry duties and goals and how to fulfill them
- Faithful stewards of God’s wealth (preaching the pure Gospel to win souls, not displaying our personality to reap reward) and
- Faithful stewards of God’s people (always governed by love and holiness when dealing with the people Jesus died for)
There is a six month probationary period for all incoming ministers, during which time they are mentored by elder ministers. This helps determine if a minister is fit for, not just preaching, but managing God’s people.
The Court of the Priests derives its name from our engrafting into the priesthood of Jesus Christ and the necessary upholding of all priestly duties: unblameable leadership in marriage, parenting, work and ministry.
Kingdom of Life ministers are first without blame in their own homes, then in the church. They are called upon to preach, teach, lead, organize, serve, advise other leaders and counsel the people.
This is a great responsibility open to prophets, pastors, apostles, evangelists, teachers, ministers of helps and other untitled, ministry leaders.
Maturity, discretion, wisdom and a revealed love for God are necessary to hold ministerial office at Kingdom of Life. In addition, ministers must have regular attendance at Sunday corporate prayer meetings in order to lead here.
