Sundays' permanent order of service includes the Life Forum, during which you may ask our Pastor any question you desire in an open forum and receive your answer, in the sanctuary, with other believers.

Q: What is non-denominational?

A: A denomination is a non-profit organization that registers or places churches under its umbrella - a parent company with subsidiaries under it. Denominations dictate what their churches teach, participate in and even wear. They also monitor and sanction their churches. They generally hold conferences for all of their churches to ensure that they are all "doing" the same thing. Kingdom of Life is a non-denominational church, which means we are not under any non-profit group. We are a registered, non-profit organization; but the Bible is our Statement of Faith. We independently manage our own operations and do not function with a fraternity/sorority-mentality.

Q: What do you believe?

A: Kingdom of Life believes that there is one God and Jesus is His name. We believe that baptism must be by immersion in the name of Jesus and that salvation comes by an infilling of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. We believe that salvation is not the end all. After we are saved, we must be obedient to the will of God. We refer to our belief system as the apostolic doctrine.

Q: What is apostolic?

A: Apostolic is not a denomination. It comes from the word 'apostle' and simply describes the belief system of Jesus' twelve disciples, who were later called apostles. Apostolic is the belief system that Jesus taught to those twelve men. It is also called Pentecostal.

Q: How do I get saved?

A: You must repent of your sins; be baptized in Jesus' name and be filled with the Holy Ghost. These instructions were given by the Apostle Peter in Acts 2:38. Baptism in water does not save you. In John 3:5, Jesus says that you must be born of the water and of the Spirit to enter the Kingdom of God. See Baptisms.

Q: How do I join your Vision?

A: To join Kingdom of Life visit us during one of our scheduled services, affirm your agreement with our Statement of Faith, complete a Membership Form and enroll in our Life Leadership Class (Sundays, 9:00 AM). When you graduate, you'll receive a completion certificate and be certified in the Apostolic Doctrine. See Join Kingdom of Life.

Q: What discipleship training do you offer?

A: Ministers who join Kingdom of Life must complete 18 months of ministry training. A Bible study class, new members class and conferences are offered for the training of lay members. We specifically mentor prophets and are adding to our current discipleship schedule, as well. See Classes and Conferences.

Q: Why does God allow suffering?

A: The Bible says that suffering teaches us to be obedient. This is why we suffer for our wrongdoing. It is correction that ideally leads to the saving of our souls. Innocent people suffer because we allow it. God has given us a personal will and dominion over the earth. He allows us to enact laws, decisions and behaviors for or against each other. Because of this exercise of our freewill (which no one wants to give up) to not love, not serve, not educate and not pray for others, innocent people suffer. It is up to us to be the Hands of God. When we refuse to relieve suffering, then God's mercy takes our place in someone's life. The Bible says that when we have mercy, mercy is shown to us.
